Processing Time

Orders are processed and shipped within 2–5 business days, unless listed as a pre-order.
Pre-order items include estimated shipping timelines on the product page.

Shipping Rates

We offer $5 flat-rate shipping anywhere in the contiguous United States (lower 48).
Shipping is automatically added at checkout.

At this time, we do not offer expedited or international shipping.

Holiday Shipping Window

All Fort Kit pre-orders ship in early December to arrive before Christmas for contiguous U.S. customers.

Tracking information will be sent via email once your order ships.

Tracking

All orders include a tracking number.
Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking link to begin updating.

Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses

If you enter an incorrect address, please contact us immediately.
Packages shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address due to customer error cannot be refunded.

If a package is returned to us, you may:

Pay for re-shipment, or
Receive a refund minus the original $5 shipping cost

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us at info@deeplyrootedplay.com
We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure your kit arrives safely.
