We want your kids to LOVE their Fort Kit. If your family tries it and it’s not a hit, you can return it for a refund.

Year-Round Guarantee

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return under our Happiness Guarantee.

Items must be clean, gently used, and in resellable condition.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Holiday Happiness Guarantee (Nov–Dec Orders)

For orders placed between November 1 and December 24, your return window is extended until January 31.

This gives families plenty of time to gift it, open it, try it out, and decide if it’s right for them.

Defective or Missing Parts

If your kit arrives damaged, defective, or missing items, we replace those parts for free.
Please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos.
